SHIPPING INFO GUIDE

Receive free Standard Shipping within Canada for purchases of $250+, excluding taxes, when signed into your account. Please see Order Processing Times and Shipping Restrictions below for additional information.

Shipping Options:

2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) – $19.95
Express: 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) – $29.95
Overnight: 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) – $42.00

Order Processing Times:

Standard — Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 2pm EST (eastern region) or 2pm PST (western region) will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after the local cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed out the next business day.

Express & Overnight Shipping — Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 1pm EST (eastern region) or 1pm PST (western region) will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after the local cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

Shipping Restrictions:

Please allow additional time for orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses.

For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered “beyond points”, we can reach your destination through Standard shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Order Tracking Information:

Once an order has shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier’s website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier’s site.

You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your e-mail address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the ‘Status & Tracking’ column. Click on the link to get the tracking information for your order.

Please note orders of high value require a signature upon delivery.

Refused Shipments:

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and call Customer Care so that we can assist you with your order as needed.

Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
